Cancellation policy

Hairtide currently sells its products as one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions, pre-orders or any other recurring purchase options, so there are no recurring charges to cancel.

Cancelling a one-time order
If you need to cancel an order, contact us through our contact page with your order number as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.

Future subscriptions
If we introduce subscriptions or other recurring purchase options, we will update this policy with the cancellation terms before those options are offered.
